My sweet little Paige is 3 today. It has only been the past few days that I have begun to realize that Paige is no longer a baby but a little kid with views, opinions, and ideas that are her own:) While the lack of a Binky and diapers is a good thing I am not sure how ready I am to see her advanced into the realm of childhood. Soon Paige will have her own things to do. She will head into to preschool, dance, and other territories where mom is no longer needed. While I have full confidence in Paige's abilities to hold her own I am left a little sad knowing that my baby will only get bigger and more independent. She is one of a kind and adds so much to our family, life would not be the same without her. We love you Paige! Sass, silly, and Spunk we love it all. Happy Birthday Princess Wa Wa!

A peek into our Christmas
Every Christmas Eve our kids get one present that is always PJs, so this is our traditional Christmas Eve PJs picture. I just picked one random snap shot of all my kids so you can see how cute they are.

Pretend like I've been here all along
A little story about Christmas carols. The other day I was singing Christmas songs with Paige and Drew. I was singing Silent Night and both kids were really interested which surprised me because its not as catchy as Rudolf and Frosty. So on to the second verse that says "Tender and light, mild, bright" whatever it is (I was making it up because I forgot the actual lyrics), and Drew starting laughing his head off. Well if you have seen Kung Fu Panda you know that when he gets kicked he says "ooh, my tenders" of course Drew picked up on that and thinks its hilarious and of course repeats its often. So I was singing Silent Night one of the sweetest Christmas songs and Drew thought I was singing about 'tenders'. So for us, sadly, Silent Night will always mean something different. Seriously funny, and so Drew.
